Take time each day to offer yourself loving kindness. A “love bath” ritual is a powerful healing elixir. Engage your imagination and feel the love flowing to and through you.
Embodiment Practice
Hug yourself for 2 minutes or more. Do this anytime you need loving connection. Hug yourself in your parked car, at home, in the restroom at work, outside, or anywhere you wish. Love yourself with intention.
