Play helps loosen us up and has the potential to raise our vibration. I have some fun experiential stuff planned for this part of the site but for now, check out these fun tools for play.

Peanut Butter Jelly Time This cracks me up every time I see it. How much more fun can you get than a hip hop dancing banana?

There's no link for these last bits because they aren't "techie" play. These involves you moving your butt instead of your mouse or your fingers instead of pixels. Here are a few ideas to get you started.

• Get up, go outside and stomp in a mud puddle

• Wiggle (you heard me! Wiggle!)

• Make a crazy face

• Doodle then give each doodle it's own name

• Tell a joke or find something to laugh at (if it's your boss, use some discernment)

• Change the words to Old McDonald to include co-workers and random objects

• Dance to your favorite song even if it's just in your head
