This weekly online class is an odyssey into exploring life as art and can help every woman learn who she is, what she wants and how to get it, regardless of her age or nationality. You will learn how to liberate the powerful creator inside of you, learn self-care and nurturing, explore your uniqueness, and express yourself in ways that empower you and help you BLOOM.

This class mindfully moves us beyond our fears and into a weekly expression of our own unique and powerful Self through journaling, collage, guided meditation, creative play, group discussion and more.
